Choosing a realtor is a big decision and one that comes in many ways.  Perhaps by a name known in the business or perhaps a referral from a friend. How about serendipity? Gail and I knew each other simply as very busy Westfield moms. I admired her depth of care, her tenacity and her amazing joi de vie. After Gail’s career as a realtor took off, I asked the impossible of her just as life seemed to ask the same of me as I needed to purchase a home within a very tight timeframe. On top of that, to find what suited me best, I switched directions so many times and Gail did not bat an eye. Gail worked every angle of my real estate needs and found the perfect house for me and my family. Her network of like minded professionals made my staggering journey materialize practically faster than lightning. Like her name, she is an awesome force of nature.

She is honest and trustworthy, caring and understanding - a person who wants the best for her clients. She was always available when I had questions and she had answers. And if ever she didn’t, she made sure to get back to me with an answer. There were times I was on the edge of a cliff with all the crazy things that were running through my head: like finding the perfect home for me and my children; the tough state of the market for buyers during Covid 19; the interest rate. and she calmly talked me down. When It came time to put my marital home on the market, I didn’t bother to interview any other brokerages, nor listing agents.
